Is ID required for entry?

Yes photographic identification is required to enter the venue.

What form of ID is accepted?

Valid Driving license or Passport only.

What time is last entry ?

Please check the individual shows event page for last entry details.

Will I be searched on the way in?

Everyone is searched on the way in as a condition of entry.
This is for us to ensure that no one is carrying anything dangerous into the venue.

What am I not allowed to bring into the venue?

Illegal Substances, Alcohol, Liquids of any sorts – including perfumes/ liquid makeup products/ aerosols/ drinks. Glass of any sorts – perfume bottles, glass bottles. No food. No flares or fireworks. Man bags. Sportswear (Tracksuit bottoms/shorts/Football jersey’s). No rucksacks or large bags. Weapons of any descriptions or replicas.

What do I do if I feel unwell inside the venue?

Let a member of staff know immediately. We have onsite welfare & medical teams that are
trained specifically to club & event environments. They will not judge you or ban you from the venue.
Your health & safety is our priority.

What do I do if I see someone who may be unwell & need assistance?

Please let a member of staff know immediately. They will alert our welfare & medical teams to check on them.

What do I do if someone is making me feel uncomfortable or I feel threatened?

We have a zero tolerance to violent or threatening behaviour.
Please notify a member of staff and they will advise and help you.

Am I being filmed on CCTV?

Our entire venue is covered by CCTV. This is a requirement of all licensed venues and allows us to monitor the venue and keep people safe. Footage of any incidents within the venue will be downloaded and passed
to the relevant authorities if requested.

Lost Property

For lost property enquiries please email:

with a description of your items and where you think they may have gone missing.

Lost property requests are dealt with Monday to Friday from 10am-4pm.

  • Please note we are unable to deal with lost property requests through facebook.
  • Driving licenses will be posted to their displayed address unless collected.
  • Passports must be collected in person.
  • Note an alternative form of identification may be required to prove your identity when collecting ID.
  • Items / belongings that are not claimed within 30 days will be donated to charity shops.
